Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date at no charge. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags. Returns can be refunded to the original method of payment or for store credit.

All products marked final sale are not eligible for return/exchange.

Items can be exchanged for free within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate an exchange, please contact customerservice@tinysnugs.com.

Upon receiving any damaged or defective items, you will have 10 days from the date of delivery to receive a refund or replacement. Please email customerservice@tinysnugs.com and include your order number, details and photos of damage to start the process.
